Additionally, Santos Escobar secured a spot in the North American Championship ladder match at NXT Stand & Deliver. That was before fatal clashes with Rey and Dominik Mysterio. A-Kid debuted to win. And Tony D’Angelo sent Tommaso Ciampa in the wild A message for an episode of NXT 2.0!

NXT Championship Match was made on a special NXT 2.0 edition of “Miz TV”

The most-watched talk show in WWE history welcomed newly crowned NXT Champion Dolph Ziggler to the Miz TV special on Tuesday night. The Showoff and The A-Lister debated Ziggler’s shock title win in the triple threat match last week. Until LA Knight interrupted Ziggler’s defending title in the Main Event.

Tony D’Angelo challenged Tommaso Ciampa

Still disheartened after losing to Dolph Ziggler in the NXT Title Triple Threat Match, Tommaso Ciampa turned to the NXT world. He talked about his future. In Ciampa’s heart-to-heart duel, Tony D’Angelo slipped into the ring looking like he was going to attack The Blackheart with a crowbar. But instead confronted Ciampa and challenged for NXT Stand & Deliver. Ciampa accepted the offer, and after the two superstars shook hands, D’Angelo took The Blackheart to his lap with a punch and delivered a “kiss of death.”

Dominik Mysterio def. Raul Mendoza

A surprise appearance on NXT 2.0, father-son duo Rey and Dominik. Mysterio Santos questioned Escobar’s claim to be the “biggest lucky guy in the business.” The argument led to a showdown between the young Mysterio and Raul Mendoza of Legado del Fantasma. After shocking Mendoza with a splash of rope and a vicious right hand, Mysterio climbed to the top rope. But was distracted when Erica Lopez jumped on her apron to help Mendoza.

Lopez was eventually pulled down by Fallon Henry, assisted by Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen. As Escobar turned to leave the fight, Rey Mysterio practiced “Emperor” with a quick right hand. Mendoza, stunned by the sight outside the ring, looked away from Dominic Mysterio. And was quickly sent to the ropes to give Dominic the victory with a quick and devastating 619 and splash.

NXT Champion Dolph Ziggler def. LA Knight

In his first defense as an NXT champion, Dolph Ziggler once again stole the show. He dashed LA Knight’s hopes of a title in Stand & Deliver. In his first meeting with The Showoff, Knight had Ziggler behind him in the initial moments with a massive power slam. Still feeling the effects of last week’s last-man-standing game, Knight had a bullseye in his ribs. And which Ziegler tried to exploit.

Struggling in pain, Knight knocked out the champ with another powerful punch and a running elbow. Before lifting him to the top rope for a massive super compound and nearly falling. As Knight charged the BFT, Ziegler slipped from his grip and moved away. While Knight charged into the corner with all his might. After Knight bounced off the turnbuckle, Ziegler leveled him with a superkick behind the button to cover him for the win.

His celebration was interrupted when Bron Breakker returned to the field and headed straight for Ziegler. Robert Roode attempted to weave between the two superstars. But was quickly dropped by Breakker. He glared at The Showoff before announcing that he would take back the NXT title at Stand & Deliver.
