A new Evan Hansen would be waving through the window – Zachary Noah Piser is taking over the iconic cast of the school’s social outcast.
Zachary Noah Piser stars as Evan Hansen
Piser has been part of the Dear Evan Hansen cast since 2019, seeing stage action as an Evan alternate. Now he assumes the role as a full-time gig, becoming the first-ever Asian Evan. He will remain in the show at least until August 7, 2022.

The cast (that on Evan’s arm) has served as the torch of the show. The role of the socially-awkward high school kid has created some of the hottest young stars on Broadway. As the original Evan Hansen, Ben Platt has won numerous awards, including a Tony, Emmy, and Grammy Award.
